Shadows fade — I’m just beside,  
Silence prevails, we shouldn’t hide.

Your last goodbye — felt like the last,  
Maybe it’s nothin’, but ghosts don’t ask.  
Under dark skies — it fades too fast,  
I’m here again, to pull you back.

You’re not alone where echoes fall,  
I’ll light the dark, I’ll hear your call.

Please just don’t — cross the line,  
Say you won’t — fear the time.  
Please talk to me — we’ll close the distance,  
And stay with me — we’ll light the silence.

The mirror cracked but held your face,  
The clock slows down to give us space.  
The bell will sing, not time to go,  
It’s not the way to the river’s flow.

If you give up, the storm won’t rest,  
It finds its home in someone’s chest.  
But still there’s dawn beyond this night,  
A softer path that leads to light.
